About Me

Hi, I'm Jadyn!

I am a licensed professional counselor providing mental health therapy for individual adults. My practice, Bluebonnet Counseling, is named after Austin, Texas — a city where I experienced significant personal growth. That spirit of change and resilience is at the heart of everything I do.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, and I have a particular passion for men's mental health, though I welcome clients of all backgrounds. Areas I commonly work with include:

  • C-PTSD and trauma

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Grief

  • Relationship issues

My approach draws on person-centered therapy (you are the expert on your own life), attachment theory (our early relationships shape how we connect with others), and ACT (learning to sit with difficult thoughts and feelings without being defined by them). I hold a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been practicing for six years.

What I love most about this work is that no two people or stories are alike. I take a systems perspective, viewing symptoms as signals within a larger context. While many clients experience symptom relief, my deeper goal is to walk alongside you as you discover your own truth and healing.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in accounting and economics. I made the switch when I realized the most meaningful parts of my work were always the human connections. I continue to carry that same curiosity and care, striving to make the therapeutic space one that is welcoming and open.
